Our CBRE Academy

The foundation of your career

At the CBRE Academy, we offer a wide range of development opportunities in various formats, including workshops, training courses, coaching and peer reviews. Their content and organisation are entrusted to professional training institutes, which tailor the programmes for us in consultation with our HR Department. We also facilitate specific educational pathways, both internal and external, on an individual basis, including the Master of Real Estate.

Sharing knowledge

We organise regular CBRE Lectures, too. These are half-hour sessions with a focus on conveying knowledge, at which a colleague explains a topical subject in real estate to a small group of fellow employees. In addition, as a CBRE employee you are regularly invited to lunch with the director of a business unit to share knowledge and experiences in an informal setting.

The programme

Our in-house CBRE Academy enables you to grow as a professional and as a person. We offer both beginners and those with more experience an extensive training programme in line with the responsibilities and seniority of their own position. In consultation with your supervisor, you decide what goals you want to achieve and how to make the most of your abilities. In this way we work together on your professional and personal development.
