You can apply to join us either by responding to one of our specific vacancies or by submitting an open application. In both cases, please provide your full details and explain why you would like to work in our team.
Our procedure is as follow:
- Once your application reaches us, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
- You receive a substantive response from us within two weeks. If we are interested in proceeding, we will invite you to one or more interviews.
- These interviews are an opportunity to find out more about each other. We are happy to answer all your questions about our organisation, the position in question and your prospective colleagues. And we also have questions for you, of course.
- For some positions, an ability test and/or personal profile analysis may form part of the selection procedure.
- Based on the interviews and the outcomes of any tests, we determine whether there is a match between us.
- If there is a match and you are still interested in the position, you receive a firm offer from us.
- We invite you to our office to sign your contract, so that we can toast your career at CBRE!
